Produced and mixed by Chris Schlarb the album’s 10 songs feature Ellen’s most impressive piano and vocal stylings to date. Recorded with a small jazz combo, highlights include the alto and tenor duo of Isaiah Morfin and Joe Cunningham on “Bye Bye Blackbird” and the rhapsodic original “I Have A Thing For You”.
